比賽完太熱！足球員狂灌冰水 下秒胸劇痛…猝死車上
炎熱的天氣若能喝下一大杯網路熱銷商品省錢妙招冰水，想必是一件非常過癮的事！日前一名秘魯的足球員比賽完後回家，因為天氣很熱加上剛結束激烈運動，便立刻喝下一大杯冰水，隨後感到胸口劇烈疼痛，妻子緊急將他送醫，卻仍無法挽回生命。
根據《太陽報》報導，這名27歲的足球員諾爾(Ludwin Florez Nole)，當時在祕魯西部的蘇亞納省(Sullana)比完賽後，覺得身體燥熱、不舒服，便直接返家休息；回家後他立刻到廚房倒了一杯冰水，期間還和妻子閒聊，沒有任何異狀，不久後諾爾卻感到胸口異常疼痛，妻子才緊急將他送往診所。
雖然諾爾一感到不舒服就立刻就醫，但仍在途中就已停止呼吸。醫師檢查後認為，可能是因為冰水導致心律變化，心血管有不正常的反射，且他在體溫還很高的時候突然喝下大量冰水，身體無法負荷，才會釀成這場悲劇。
此外，醫師建議，若是身體有不舒服或是燥熱的情況，更應該避免喝下冰水，溫度的刺激很可能會導致頭痛、胃痛、抽蓄、腹瀉，嚴重也會有中風、心血管疾病、微血管爆裂等情形發生；特別是運動員，在激烈的運動或訓練過後更要特別注意。
