Bruce Wampler, Ph.D. is founder and CEO of Object Central. 炸雞員工嘆30K難徵人 待遇曝光…網傻眼：完全不考慮
許多雇主開出的徵人條件，不免跟應徵者期望的有所落差，產生「本周活動優惠中好工作難找，老闆徵不到人」的窘境，就有1名連鎖炸雞店的女員工抱怨，自己因為地點離家近，薪水也合理，才做這份工作，但老闆就是徵不到人，害她做的很累；不過其他人一看完工作待遇，立刻發現背後原因，直呼「妳這薪水會被笑啊」。
原PO在臉書社團「爆怨公社」提到，自己是炸雞店員工，因為離家超近，時間能配合，薪水也在接受範圍，但最近有同事辭職，讓她做的很辛苦，詢問老闆才知道原來是徵不到人，才想說貼到網上碰碰運氣。
只見她PO出的員工待遇，「月休4天(另外4天用加班算)，健保就業保險都有，上班時間17到01，都有2個人上班，平均1個月薪水都有3萬以上」。她補充，「忙的時候的確很忙，但空閒時，只要事情做好，坐著休息滑手機都可以」，無奈都沒人來應徵，「為什麼就是這樣難找到人呢？真的是薪水太少嗎？」
網友看到店家開出的待遇，紛紛卻步喊道，「時間到01，收完下班可能要0130了…高溫又熱…薪資3萬有點低」、「難怪我朋友寧願去加工區上班」、「 小夜班薪水太少才休4」、「『沒客人可以休息滑手機』，其實不算『休息時間』，因為隨時都需要準備迎接客人」、「看到休4天，完全跳過不考慮」、「重點是17上到凌晨01，有家庭的沒家庭生活，沒結婚的也沒時間把妞，確實不太優」。
