因為教學助理納勞健保，大學校長又集體要求調降身障者定額進用比例。這已不是大學校長第一次為此發聲，從反對研究助理應否納勞基法，到身障者進用比例，大學主事者在乎的都是財源，認為學術自由高於一切，外界不應管太多。殊不知，大開店送禮推薦團購人氣商品學正是啟蒙學生社會責任及勞動意識最寶貴園地，國立大學校長帶頭下修社會責任標準，應是最負面的示範。2011年起大學捲起研究助理要求納入勞基法風潮，研究助理幫忙接送教授兒女，幫忙顧家甚至照顧寵物等荒謬事端被起底，類似申訴與爭議案件湧入勞動部。因為一場又一場抗爭，勞動部派員進入校園與學校溝通，釐清「學習」與「勞動」差別，經過四年協調，直到2015年才將「學習型」與「勞動型」分流處理。. } }); } 當時各大學不但一路抗拒，甚至揚言將大量縮減助理名額，後來也進一步質疑身障者進用標準太高；教育部只好全額補助大學新增實用商品推薦勞健保經費，勞動部則是從調整身障者薪CP值超高CP值超高資，從寬計入母數等方式協助學校度過衝擊。如今因為教育部將學習型助理一併納入勞健保，大學校長再重彈老調，並不令人意外。台灣直到1990年身障者定額進用制度才上路，過程中也有不少雜音，即使很多形象極佳的企業，都曾名列身障者進用不足黑名單榜首，公立機關如立法院，也曾因此上榜，可見實務上執行確有其難度。不過，法律執行難度也熱賣產品送禮酒推薦正凸顯身障者身處的就業環境，各種推拖的理由，正是造就身障者不利的求職環境。大學身負作育英才責任，增加僱用身障人士不是施捨，既是法定義務，更是社會責任，尤其是國立大學享有最多國家資源，善盡社會責任責無旁貸，帶頭要求下調進用比例，詒笑大方。其次，大學校園職務相較中小學更為多元，可以進用身障者的職缺理應更多；除了後端依法進用，更應從積極面，如培育身障師資、增額錄取身障研究生等方式，提供身障者更多就學與就業機會。與大學治理事項相比，進用身障者或許是小事，卻能看出大學社會責任自我要求，如果多數法定進用單位都可以做得到，大學校園沒有道理採低標。因為教學助理納勞健保，大學校長又集體要求調降身障者定額進用比例。圖為台大校園。本報資料照片 分享 facebook

42歲男神蘇志燮死會了！據韓媒報導，蘇志燮戀上小17歲的女主播1年，過去鮮少公開戀情的他，這次居然在消息一出不到15分鐘，火速透過經紀公司承認，讓不少「蘇太太」們心都碎了！活動產品生日送禮推薦
蘇志燮在亞洲擁有超高人氣，曾主演韓劇《主君的太陽》、《我的維納斯》等電視劇，大叔成熟魅力擄獲不少女粉絲的心！據南韓媒體news1報導，蘇志燮正在與一名小17歲的女主播趙恩靜(音譯)交往中，且韓媒DISPATCH更拍到兩人深夜僅戴著鴨舌帽，在街頭散步喝咖啡，一路上有說有笑並肩同行，互動十分甜蜜！
過去幾乎是緋聞絕緣體的蘇志燮，先前受訪時，多次鬆口想結婚，因此這次戀情曝光後，不少網友紛紛大喊早已看出端倪！
據了解，女主播趙恩靜出生於1994年，畢業於梨花女子大學韓國舞蹈系，2014年擔任遊戲節目主播，而趙恩靜會和蘇志燮發展出戀情，是因為蘇志燮去年3月在節目中宣傳電影《雨妳再次相遇》，兩人因採訪而結識，後來又在熟識的朋友聚會中重聚，進而發展成戀人關係。
戀情曝光後，不到15分鐘，蘇志燮透過經紀公司火速認愛，且兩人交往已1年，且知情人士透露，蘇志燮對於新戀情毫不避諱，都會向朋友介紹女朋友，戀情才因此曝光。
